Tom was great! He did blinds for my bathroom and front door which had to be cut to fit the windows. He took his time and made sure everything was right. Very friendly. I will use him again in the future.

Appointment time was 11:00. I drove an hour to get there and when I drove up the driveway at 10:55, I got the text to move the appointment to 12. My next appointment was at 1:30 in Midtown and I couldn’t wait. Just a big misunderstanding. Also, I never yelled at the customer. That is a lie.

I called Mr. Shaman in the morning and he arrived the same day to replace my kitchen faucet. He also discovered a leak (which we were unaware) and fixed the leak as well. Great work, great price.

Tom went above and beyond for what we thought would be an easy project to hang a window planter box. He initially completed the project the way my husband directed but I had a different outcome in mind and he gladly came back out to reposition the window box. Upon further discussion, he realized this would be far more complicated process and came back out another day so that we had more time to complete. He brought his workshop with him essentially purchased the supplies necessary to hand the box, and proceeded to cut metal in my front yard and create customized brackets for a large window box. He gave me further directions on how to complete the job as I requested the rest of it to be passed off to my husband. Tom was more than a handyman you would expect to find on Thumbtack and we will absolutely use him again.

He is creative in his solutions – willing to listen what I wanted and looked for least expensive but safest way to work out the problem; and has easy, relaxed manner. I have hired him to do further work.

Thomas was awesome! I had three ceiling fans that needed to be swapped out. One of which was quite complicated. Thomas worked for hours to get them all installed properly and was very cool to chat with while he worked. He was tireless and made sure that everything was to my liking, graciously making tweaks for me wherever necessary. His price was absolutely fair and he saved me days of dealing with those things. He’s in my phone now and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Tom did great job installing my dishwasher. I had a new box made for the dishwasher area so the measurement was a bit tight. Tom did several adjustments and successfully made it fit. He also hanged the dishwasher power box on the wall very neat work as well! I will definitely hire Tom again in the future.
